It is generally not advisable for pregnant women to use a hot tub.
Inside the womb, the unborn baby's body temperature is approximately 1/2 to 1
degree hotter than the mother. Exposing the unborn baby to the high water
temperatures in a hot tub, especially during the first three months of pregnancy,
should be avoided.
As a safety precaution, expecting moms in hot tubs should never exceed
